Phd to Genbank Sequence Converter

Input format: phd PHD files are output from PHRED, used by PHRAP and CONSED for input.

Output format: genbank The GenBank or GenPept flat file format.

You can also convert between these formats by using command line tools.

On Windows install WSL, on Mac or Linux start terminal
